A. You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your shopping bag and click on place order. You let us know your address and  A Ghashful Borendro representative will send your products through a third-party courier service. In some cases, you need to collect from the nearby courier office if they don’t deliver at home.  

Q. How much do deliveries cost?

A. We use third-party delivery services. The delivery cost depends on the place at which the delivery should be made and the weight of the parcel.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We operate on pre-order basis. We have Bank transfer and Online BKash service. You need to order from our website and follow the proceedures to make the payment. In case you face any difficulties, you may contact our Hotline number for further guidelines.

Q. How do I know when my order is here?

A. As we use third-party courier services for delivering, a representative from the respective delivery company will contact you. You need to come to the pick-up point to receive your product.

Q. Do you serve my area?

A. We are currently serving all throughout Bangladesh.

Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?

A. Please Immediately call Ghashful Borendro Hotline number and let us know the problem.

Q. What if the item is out of stock?

A. We will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available, and by when your desired product will be in stock.

Q. What happens during a hartal?

A. We do not provide services during hartals. 

Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?

A. Our prices are sometimes lower than that of major superstores in the city. We also carry a larger variety and best quality fresh fruits than the average corner store. So, there is really no reason to not buy from us.

Q. How do you deliver?

 

A. We use third-party delivery services. You would opt for the most convenient and trustworthy courier service company in your area to deliver. Our goal is to deliver the products to you on time. You need to collect from the nearby office.

Q. What is your policy on refunds?

A. Please read our Refund and Resend policies mentioned at the clauses 10 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions page.

Q. How are you sourcing your products?

A. We have our own mango garden and mango production team with expert farmers, supervisors and technical staffs, working towards producing the best quality fruits and other organic fresh foods available to us.

Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?

A. Tips are not required. We use third-party courier services. If you want to encourage their hard work you might provide tips to them as per your wish. The delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount, and Ghashful Borendro does not have any relationship with it.
